Billie Brockbank a student at Reigate school of Art at East Surrey College is seeking models for her alopecia awareness photography project.

The following information has been provided by Billie:

Project Title: Alopecia Awareness
Deadline: Mid November

I'm in my second year of level 3 photography at Redhill College [East Surrey]. Advertising is my first project of the year. I am going to be creating an awareness campaign focused on alopecia. I chose this topic because it's very close to my hear, i have alopecia myself so i can relate emotionally to this project.

I would like to photograph a range of people to show the diversity between people with this condition. I live in West Sussex, I would like people close to me area but i am able to travel.

The photos i take will be used in my sketchbook for my project. With the models permission i will post them on my social media accounts. If the participant wanted to use the images for their own purposes, they're more than welcome.

I understand that this is a very vulnerable topic for some, i want the models to be comfortable around me. If someone happens to be uncomfortable half way through shooting, don't be scared to tell me. I understand the emotional effect this may cause.

I am happy to travel within reason. For many shots i want natural images of the models in their own space. Soft lighting to capture the beauty of the person. If that's not possible, my college has a studio that we would be able to use.

If you have any questions you are more than welcome to ask.
