Location for Friday and Saturday events:  Bristol Marriott Hotel City Centre, 2 Lower Castle Street, Old Market, Bristol BS1 3AD.

Location for Sunday Awareness Walk:  Bristol.  A group walking route will be planned along the River Avon.  An opportunity to really see some of Bristol as we will pass various local sights and finish with a picture at the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge. Followed by drinks and snacks at a local hotel. (We will also have a Plan B in case of bad weather!). 


Friday EVENING:

Our Exhibition Hall will be open with reception drinks and canapes.  A great opportunity to meet others with alopecia in a relaxed setting.  Suitable for adults and older teens.  We advise children to save themselves for the Saturday!

Time: 7pm – 9:30pm
Ticket includes:  entry, a welcome drink and canapes 
Suitable for:   This event is aimed at adults but will also be suitable for mid to older teens.  Teenagers are very welcome to attend if they wish however please note that it can be a bit overwhelming for some which is why we mention that it is aimed at adults. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Aim:  Icebreaker, meeting others with alopecia.

Saturday DAYTIME:

An adult conference filled with talks, workshops, exhibitors and demonstrations.  The focus here is very much on information sharing.  We will also facilitate a Children and Teens specific event within the conference with games, a crafty area, a chill out area, and some fun workshops and speakers. 

Time: 9:00am – 5:30pm (10:00am - 4:30pm for Children and Teens)
Ticket includes: Entry to the conference talks and Exhibition Hall, drinks & snacks throughout the day, a buffet lunch, and an event bag.
Suitable for:  All ages.  The main conference is suitable for adults.  This year we are also facilitating an event for children and teens.  Attendees under 18 must have a parent/guardian in the building (i.e. parents/guardians can attend the main conference).  
Aim:  Information sharing, support, meeting others with alopecia.

Saturday NIGHT TIME:

Suitable for all ages.  A great opportunity to chat with others over a buffet dinner followed by some fun and dancing!  As always we will have a blue theme in honour of it being Alopecia Awareness Month so do dig out your blue dresses, suits, shirts, tops, fancy dress (?!) – anything goes! (blue dress code is encouraged but not essential!) 

Time: 7:30pm – midnight
Ticket includes: Entry, drink on arrival, buffet dinner and entertainment
Suitable for:  All ages. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Aim:  Socialising, fun, support.

Sunday DAYTIME:

Sunday is typically our day for raising awareness in the local city whilst also seeing some of the local city.  To see full details please click here.

Ticket includes:  Registration only.  No ticket required. 
Suitable for:  All ages. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
