September is Alopecia Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness about the impact alopecia has on the lives of those affected, including me!

This Alopecia Awareness Month, I am raising awareness and funds for Alopecia UK to help them continue their work to provide support, community, and education to improve the lives of those affected by alopecia. 
I did not realise how important it is to have a supportive community full of people with shared lived experience until I found it at the True Crowns exhibition in May. I am not exaggerating when I say that event has changed my life for the better. 

Alopecia UK relies on the support of fundraisers and donors to continue the fantastic work it does.
