I will be giving up alcohol from January 26th till end of February. (So that I do a full calendar month). Those of you who know me will know how much I love a glass or three of wine!
We have been supported by Alopecia UK in the past as a family, and we have found the help absolutely invaluable. I can't recommend being involved with this charity highly enough. I want more kids like Arwen to be able to access this support. We would be lost without them and they are a small charity. Niamh Ingoldsby
