September is Alopecia Awareness Month. I am supporting Alopecia UK by becoming an AUK Charity Champion, raising awareness and funds.
Alopecia UK is a small charity working to improve the lives of those affected by alopecia. The charity has aims around Support, Awareness and Research.

You all know the journey I have been on since losing my hair in 2020. It's harder to deal with than my Brain haemorrhage, as there is no cure and nothing I can do to get my hair back. The information and peer support provided by AUK has been amazing - hence why I am now a Trustee with AUK and working with them on an NHS Wigs charter to support patients like myself.

Alopecia UK relies on the support of fundraisers and donors to continue the valuable work it does. Thank you for supporting me with my fundraising efforts. I really appreciate your support and so does Alopecia UK!
