When I lost my hair suddenly in 2019 I also lost all confidence, became crippled with anxiety and doubted I'd ever feel like myself again.
Finding Alopecia UK and the online and in person support groups they provide was a lifeline to me.

Not only did I realise I absolutely wasn't alone I met incredibly supportive people who have helped me be me again and even stronger than I ever was. I love being part of the Glasgow support group and AUK charity family.

I'm proud to fundraise for the charity and from Fri 20th September and be dancing for 24 hours at my kitchen disco.Twice as long as 2022!
