Whether you’re looking to unwind, feel pampered, or boost your confidence, our Wellbeing Hub is your go-to destination for self-care and rejuvenation.

Step into a calming environment dedicated to relaxation, self-expression, and empowerment. The Wellbeing Hub offers a range of personalised 1-to-1 sessions delivered by friendly professionals who understand the importance of holistic wellbeing—especially for those navigating life with alopecia.

  • Movement & Mindfulness with Rob Newman
    Unwind with a gentle session combining easy movement, calming breathwork, and a guided mindfulness and meditation practice. A grounding way to reconnect with your body and mind. 

  • Creative Drop in Area
    A calm, welcoming space where you can slow down and get creative. Run by some of our brilliant volunteers, this space offers a range of self-care and self-compassion themed activities designed to support mental health, spark reflection, and help you unwind. No pressure, no expectations—just drop in, make something, and take a moment for yourself.

Some sessions in our Wellbeing Hub are by appointment only to ensure a calm and personal experience for all.
Priority booking will be offered to attendees who purchase their tickets by 30th June
