Dawn's link with alopecia:

I have had Alopecia since 2019 starting with small areas at first, but now it has been Totalis for the past 2 years. Before this I often had small patches that would come and go, sometimes even growing back white.

At the beginning I was able to get support locally with a lovely group of people. Unfortunately the group stopped due to Covid-19 restrictions and was unable to start again. Therefore I thought as I found this so helpful and was feeling more confident, I could now help others.

It has only been a short journey for me, but I think seeing and talking about Alopecia has help me to settle into my comfort zone and hopefully the more we talk the better we can be to ourselves.
