I first developed Alopecia Areata in April 2017. Alopecia Areata is an autoimmune non painful disease & it does not mke you poorly but it can massively affect your mental state of mind, and your confidence. There is no cure nor 100% successful treatment. Before Christmas 2017 my hair grew back and I was SO excited! I had at some point fully accepted I was going to be completely bald with no regrowth as this is what the dermatologist had told me. So as you can imagine I was over the moon!

However again in August 2018 my hair has fallen again & at a very rapid pace this time, I’m at the stage where I am considering braving the shave and investing in a wig for myself!

I want to raise money for and awareness about Alopecia, as not many people know or understand what the disease actually is! For now I am setting up a charity page to which I welcome donations and in the mean time I am coming up with fundraising plan for the very near future! Any suggestions are welcome, I love to plan a good event / party so I can’t wait to let you all know what it will be.

Thankyou to all my friends and family who always have been the biggest support 💙
