Hi everyone! If you know me then you know I have bright coloured hair that I'm always chopping and changing. Well, as of Thursday the 5th of September I'll be shaving all my hair off. I'll be donating the hair to charity but I'd also like to ask you, my lovely reader, to donate anything you are able.

Some of you may know already this, but I've been losing my hair for a few months now, it started off quite small - I figured it was just me malting or something silly - but it progressively got worse and worse until I discovered some bald spots. It's been rough, scary and frustrating. For me personally I'm finding the lack of control of the whole situation to be unbearable, I desperately want to do fun things with my hair but through fear of losing it and I can't!!
So I'm taking control of the situation and doing the big shave!
I know I have no current diagnosis of Alopecia as I'm working with my doctors to find the source but it's a strong chance and honestly this is a glimpse of it and I understand now what it can be like, I want to help wherever I can.

Anywho, thanks so much for reading all of this if you've made it this far and a huge thank you to Alopecia UK for their amazing work. Much love, Helen!
