Kingswood Residential Weekend 2024 - Returning Volunteer Form

Thank you for considering volunteering once again at the Alopecia UK Kingswood Residential Weekend. We are so thankful to have your continued support! This very short form is simply to ensure we have all the relevant and up-to-date information we need to make the event work and keep you safe. Please take 5 minutes to complete it.

We need volunteers to be at Kingswood by 11am on Friday 16th August 2024 for a team meeting (Please note this time is subject to change slightly depending on venue availability - we will let you know closer to the event). Please confirm your ability to d (required)

We need to know a little bit about your alopecia experience, the extent that you have hair loss (if any), how comfortable you are with that being on show, how you think you might feel on the day being part of the event etc.

This is only for Alopecia UK and will not be shared publicly.

The Equality Act 2010 defines a disabled person as someone who has a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities

We ask that volunteers wear Alopecia UK t-shirts all weekend to help both identify them as volunteers (you will also be given a badge or armband with this on) and help with awareness.

As you have volunteered with us previously you may already have suitable t-shirts. You will need one for each day (three).
