Do your children enjoy drawing and being creative? We've got the perfect competition to inspire their next masterpiece! We need their help to design a front cover for our new school pack.

About this activity 

We have been awarded funding to develop a school pack that aims to increase awareness and understanding of alopecia, as well as how to support any child or young people with alopecia in school.

As part of this project, we want to deliver a comprehensive, high-quality pack to school teachers whereby they can deliver an interesting and engaging lesson with classroom-based activities that meet curriculum standards. This is where you come in! We need an eye-catching front cover and we know there are some young, budding artists out there bursting with creative talent!

Prizes

The winning design will feature on the front cover of the new Alopecia UK school pack for the world to see! The winning individual/ group will also receive a £20 shopping voucher.

Closing date

The closing date for all entries is 4pm on Friday 25th September 2020.

Key rules

1. All work must be original and created by a young person aged 18 or under.
2. Entries can be teams or individuals (if you enter as a team the prize will be split among your team mates).
3. Each school/ youth group / family can submit 1 entry per child.
4. Entries must fit within the template given in the guidance document. This is roughly the size of an A4 piece of paper.

Hints and tips

• You might want to use pens, rather than pencils as this makes the design clearer.
• Use bright and bold colours so your design really stands out!
